Crows Gin, proudly crafted by Crows Craft Brewing & Distilling Co., stands as the Philippines' pioneering small-batch craft gin. Launched in 2016 by founder Josemari Cuervo, this gin is a harmonious blend of 23 botanicals, with nine sourced locally, reflecting the rich tapestry of Filipino flavors. Notably, it incorporates unique ingredients like pandan, imparting notes reminiscent of rose, almond, and vanilla, and calamansi, a citrus fruit that offers a distinctive sweet-tart profile. The gin's aroma is a delightful medley of citrus, featuring kumquat, tangelo, and candied lime peel, complemented by subtle floral and herbaceous juniper undertones.
