The gin's botanical selection includes native ingredients such as pink peppercorns (Schinus molle), lemon verbena, and tangelo, alongside traditional elements like juniper, black pepper, and cinnamon. This harmonious blend results in a complex flavor profile where vibrant citrus notes intertwine with warm spices and herbal undertones. The production process involves macerating select botanicals for a day before distillation in a copper pot still, while others are imparted through a basket infusion method.
