Harahorn Cask Aged Gin

Harahorn Cask Aged Gin is a distinguished Norwegian spirit crafted by Det Norske Brenneri. This small-batch gin is meticulously produced using a selection of locally sourced botanicals, including juniper berries from Røros, blueberries from Nordmarka, rhubarb and bladderwrack seaweed from Grimstad, angelica from Oppdal, and wild marjoram from Sunndal. After distillation, the gin is matured for over 12 months in Oloroso sherry casks, imparting a golden hue and enriching its flavor profile with notes of oak, dried fruits, and vanilla. The result is a harmonious blend of traditional gin characteristics and the nuanced complexity of barrel aging. Harahorn Cask Aged Gin has been recognized with several awards, including a Double Gold at the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. It is best enjoyed neat in a tulip-shaped glass or as a refined component in classic cocktails like the Negroni.
