BEEK Vintage Gin is a distinctive barrel-aged spirit from the Netherlands, crafted by Beek Spirits. This unique gin undergoes an initial one-year aging process, followed by an additional three years in barrels that previously held a robust quadrupel beer from Koppige Kater in Delft. The result is a warm and creamy gin with a complex aroma of grains, vanilla, tropical fruits, and a spicy bitterness imparted by the hops. On the palate, it offers a harmonious blend of bitterness, hints of coconut, fruit, wax, and subtle hop notes. The long-lasting finish alternates between wood, grain, and fruit flavors, making it a truly exceptional gin experience.
