Gins to love!

Panda Gin Limited Edition 2025 is the sixth and final release in the Colors series created by Panda Gin. Distilled and bottled in Belgium, it is made from organic grain alcohol and pure water drawn from the High Fens. This edition is bottled at 45 percent alcohol in 50 centilitre format and produced in 10,000 individually numbered bottles, marking the conclusion of the collection in a deliberately complex and carefully constructed style.
The recipe brings together thirteen botanicals built around lychee, the signature ingredient of Panda Gin since its creation. The composition includes lychee, bamboo, jasmine, orange zest, grapefruit zest, hibiscus flower, sage leaf, cranberry, verbena, angelica, cinnamon, elderflower and juniper berries, supported by water from the High Fens. The choice of botanicals combines citrus brightness, floral delicacy, red fruit notes, herbal nuances and gentle spice in a single profile.
On the nose, Panda Gin Limited Edition 2025 opens with a fresh impression where lychee and citrus fruits stand out, accompanied by the floral notes of jasmine, hibiscus and elderflower. Juniper provides a subtle resinous backbone, while verbena and sage bring a light herbal dimension. The aromatic set is expressive and well defined.
On the palate, the attack is smooth and fruity, shaped by lychee and cranberry. Citrus zest from orange and grapefruit quickly adds tension and freshness. The mid palate reveals the floral contribution of jasmine, hibiscus and elderflower, then the spice of cinnamon and the herbal depth of sage and angelica appear more clearly. The texture is supple and balanced, and the finish is clean and of medium length, marked by a combination of citrus, floral and mildly spicy notes.
Panda Gin Limited Edition 2025 is certified organic and contains no added sugar, additives or artificial flavouring. It can be enjoyed neat to appreciate its layered character, on ice, or as the base of a gin and tonic with a neutral premium tonic water. Garnishes based on citrus peel, a few hibiscus petals or a small aromatic herb leaf work naturally with its citrus, floral and herbal profile.
