Apotek Organic Gin is a craft Belgian gin produced in the Liège region, in collaboration with Distillerie Radermacher, the oldest distillery in Belgium (est. 1836). Made from 100% organic grain spirit and a selection of about twelve botanicals, it showcases a refined balance of juniper, soft spices and bright citrus.

Juniper berries, cardamom and angelica provide structure and depth, while a natural infusion of mandarin and grapefruit brings a juicy, fruity freshness. On the palate, Apotek delivers a smooth and rounded entry, vibrant citrus notes and a subtly spicy finish, with an elegant, lingering profile.

Bottled at 40% ABV, it can be enjoyed neat, on ice or in a gin & tonic. For the perfect serve: a neutral tonic, a grapefruit or lime zest, and a twist of fresh pepper.

In addition, the team at Vintrépides recommends preparing Apotek in a Ti’ Ponch: fill a glass with crushed ice, pour 4 cc of Gin Apotek, add a few drops of cane sugar, the juice of half a lime, and finish with a fresh basil leaf. This serve brings out the citrus and exotic notes of Apotek and is their preferred preparation for warm-weather enjoyment.
