Lightly Bruised Rosemary SprigWhitley Neill Peach Gin is a flavoured gin produced in England by Whitley Neill, inspired by the ripe and aromatic peaches of South Africa. It is built upon a traditional dry gin base, designed to retain a clear juniper structure while allowing the fruit character to take centre stage.
The botanical foundation follows a classic gin composition centred on juniper berries, supported by coriander seeds, angelica root, orris root and cassia bark. Natural peach flavour is layered onto this base, complemented by subtle citrus elements from orange and lemon peel, which enhance freshness and balance.
On the nose, the gin opens with expressive notes of ripe peach, accompanied by soft citrus zest and a gentle juniper backbone. The palate is round and fruit-forward, delivering juicy peach flavours framed by light spice and restrained citrus brightness. Juniper remains present without dominating, ensuring the gin character remains intact.
The finish is smooth and gently warming, with lingering stone fruit sweetness and a delicate citrus lift. Whitley Neill Peach Gin works particularly well in a gin and tonic with a neutral tonic water, garnished with fresh peach or lemon zest, and is also well suited to light, fruit-driven cocktails.

Thin Slice of Fresh Peach
Lightly Bruised Rosemary SprigIn a chilled highball glass, add 50ml of Whitley Neill Peach Gin.
Fill the glass with large ice cubes to maintain a crisp temperature.
Gently pour 150ml of London Essence White Peach & Jasmine Soda down the side of the glass to preserve its delicate effervescence.
This soda's subtle floral notes and gentle sweetness harmonize beautifully with the gin's sun-ripened peach and citrus profile.
To enhance the aromatic experience, garnish with a thin slice of fresh peach and a sprig of lightly bruised rosemary.
For alternative pairings, consider Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water or Fentimans Valencian Orange Tonic Water.
