Fill a wine glass with ice, add 5 cl gin and 13 cl Thomas Henry Classic Premium Indian Style Tonic Water and stir gently. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices and a fresh mint sprig. The wide wine glass gathers the fruity aroma, the strawberry slices repeat the fruit of the gin and the mint adds a cool, green note against its sweetness. Penrhos also suggests lemonade as an alternative mixer.
