Egyptian and green Indian coriander seeds sit alongside eucalyptus radiata, tarragon and wormwood, whose bitter herbal edge keeps the gin dry, while orris root and angelica round out the base. Cassia, nutmeg, clove, red ginger and grains of paradise bring warm, savoury spice, and the long finish lingers on clove, nutmeg and ginger.

Dervilla McGowan and Sebastian Reaburn founded Anther Distillery in 2016, and this was its first gin, released that same year. The distillery stands in Geelong's historic Federal Woollen Mills, built in 1915, and takes its name from the pollen-bearing part of a flower. The gin won gold at the 2025 Melbourne Royal Australian International Spirits Awards and comes in a 700 ml bottle.
