The distillery building at Tohisoo manor, in Kohila, dates to the 19th century and later housed a leather factory. Today it is home to TOHI, founded by master distiller Priit Palk with Tormi Tamm and Siim Markus. Cloudberry Mist was its first gin, chosen after tasting trials and bottled at 43% ABV.

Handpicked Nordic cloudberries accompany juniper in a base of organic Estonian rye spirit. The gin is distilled in a classic pot stillPot stillA traditional still, often copper, that distils in batches. It keeps more texture and character than a column.Glossary, then an immortelle flower infusionInfusionFruit or plants are steeped in the spirit to release their flavour. Done after distillation, infusion often adds colour too, and the gin can no longer be called London Dry.Glossary gives it its golden hue. Cardamom, orange peel, chamomile and ginger are also named among its botanicals, alongside herbs that the distillery keeps secret.
Sweet citrus, floral and forest-like herbal notes meet on the nose. The palate evokes honeyed cloudberry and cardamom, followed by orange peel and spices that linger. Orange peel accounts for the sweet citrus, while chamomile and immortelle bring the floral side. Ginger joins the cardamom in the warm spice of the finish, and the rye base gives the spirit a firm, slightly grainy body beneath the fruit.
Cloudberry Mist won gold at the 2024 World Gin Awards. It is sold in a 500 ml glass bottle.

The orange picks up the citrus notes, while the tonic lengthens the drink around the honeyed fruit and spice.
