Cumin, coriander and fenugreek seeds bring Sri Lankan spice inspiration to Blackwattle Resplendent Gin. Green cardamom pods and curry leaves join cassia vera bark and black pepper, with juniper, lemon and ginger completing the named selection.
Citrus · Spicy · Herbal
The profile is savoury, evoking Sri Lankan curries, sambols and dhal. Cumin and fenugreek give it an earthy spice, with coriander and green cardamom adding fragrant accents. Curry leaf reinforces the herbal side, while lemon and ginger bring freshness and warmth.
Bottled at 44% ABV, Resplendent is sold in a 700 ml bottle. It received a gold medal at the Sydney Royal Distilled Spirit Show and silver in the contemporary category at the 2026 Australian Gin Awards.

Stir gently and garnish with a fresh celery leaf and a lime wedge. Tomato juice provides a savoury base for the gin's spices, while lemon and lime add acidity. Celery leaf gives a fresh green aroma, and the sauces and seasoning make this a fuller drink than a gin and tonic.
