Peach leads the aroma with a ripe, sweet-fruited character. To preserve its delicate scent, Echigo Yakuso distilled the fruit at a substantially lower alcohol concentration than usual. The distillery describes a rich peach aroma that remains distinct from juniper's herbal character. This is not a sweetened peach liqueur: the product is a gin, and juniper remains part of its botanical foundation. The fruit gives the nose and palate generosity, while the compact recipe keeps the individual ingredients clear.

Jasmine flower is distilled under reduced pressure and blended in a small proportion. The producer chose it to tighten the finish without masking the peach.
