Finders Native Red Lime Gin

Australian red limes and native red finger limes from Gondwana Native Lime Farm, on the Macleay Valley Coast of New South Wales, define Finders Native Red Lime Gin. It was the first release of the distillery's Location Series, in which each gin is tied to a particular place and grower. Tahitian lime and lime leaf join the native citrus and juniper, and the gin is bottled at 43% ABV.

Finders calls it an intensely citrus-led gin, and describes it as a citrus walk through the Australian bush. The nose is lively and fragrant, with lime zest and fresh peel leading. Red finger lime brings tiny bursting pearls and a sharper, almost floral lift; Tahitian lime adds a familiar, juicy brightness; and lime leaf gives a green, aromatic note that keeps the fruit from feeling one-dimensional.
