Chamomile, lavender and blue cornflower form the floral core of House Gin, the signature bottling of Seppeltsfield Road Distillers in the Barossa, South Australia. The distillery describes a contemporary style in which juniper stays subtle and the flowers, with a touch of citrus, take the lead. It is bottled at 41.5% ABV and presented as an all-year gin.

The three flowers each do something different. Chamomile lends a soft, tea-like, slightly honeyed impression; lavender gives a more lifted aromatic edge; blue cornflower brings a delicate floral presence.
