Distilled Gin · 40 % ABV · AU
Fairy Bower Gin is distilled by Manly Spirits Co. in Sydney at 40% ABV. It takes its name and inspiration from Fairy Bower Pool, a coastal rock pool in Manly, and belongs to the producer's Rockpool Gin series. The recipe names whole Australian limes and lemons, lemon peel, finger lime, rainforest lime, desert lime, riberry, coriander seed, angelica root, orange peel and orris, alongside traditional gin botanicals.
Citrus · Limited Edition · Fruity
Citrus leads from the first aroma: the producer describes sweet lemon and lime before juniper spice and riberry.
On the palate, rainforest lime and finger lime are followed by a clear citrus line, then juniper and coriander seed. The variety of citrus creates layers of zest and fresh fruit around the dry structure of juniper. Angelica and orris complete the recipe with classic root botanicals.
The coastal inspiration is visible on the label, illustrated in watercolour by local artist Amber Oswald. Fairy Bower was released as a limited Rockpool series. Its profile naturally suits a fresh long drink, and a restrained lemon-and-lime garnish follows the ingredients without adding a competing aroma.

Place fresh lime and a small lemon peel beside it on a plate. Lime highlights the finger- and rainforest-lime notes; lemon connects with the nose, while tonic gives the citrus room to unfold. Keep juniper clear on the finish.
