From grain to bottle, Ramsbury Gin comes from a single estate in Wiltshire and comes in at 40% ABV. It begins with Horatio winter wheat grown on the estate, distilled into a base spirit in a 43-plate copper still. The gin is then redistilled with 14 botanicals, including juniper, quince from the grounds, citrus, woody angelica, bitter almond, cinnamon, coriander and cardamom. The distillery describes a rich, complex flavour, balanced aroma and silky finish; the London Spirits Competition named it Gin of the Year in 2025.

Angelica and bitter almond add depth, while cinnamon, coriander and cardamom provide the spice noted in the blend. The named ingredients show how the gin balances fruit, resin and warmth. The result is built for a classic G&T, with citrus and spice held in a smooth, measured profile.
The estate lies at Stockclose Farm near Aldbourne, in the Wiltshire downs close to Marlborough, and the same estate wheat goes into Ramsbury's vodka. Its single-estate approach starts with wheat grown on its own land and continues with botanicals sourced locally where possible. Bottled at 40% ABV, it remains versatile across long drinks and classic cocktails.
