In the south-east of Western Australia, the town of Ravensthorpe holds an annual wildflower show, and Esperance Distillery Co has made this limited gin in its honour. For the 2026 release, the show's coordinator, Sue Leighton, hand-collected the pink boronia, a small, intensely scented native flower of the region. It joins Geraldton wax, strawberry gum, Tasmanian pepperberry and juniper in a recipe drawn from the flora of the Fitzgerald Biosphere, one of the richest botanical areas in Australia.
