Gordon's classic botanical base is built around wild juniper berries, coriander, angelica and liquorice. In the White Peach gin, that established flavour gives the fruit a dry, aromatic background rather than allowing it to read like peach syrup. The peach is the featured flavour, while the familiar botanicals keep the drink's centre of gravity with gin. The pale pink presentation of the bottle is distinctive, but the spirit itself is clear.

The aroma opens with juniper and soft fruit. On the palate, white peach brings a rounded, mellow sweetness, while the juniper and the other classic botanicals give the sip a drier edge. The contrast stays gentle rather than sharp, and the finish is smooth. At 37.5% ABV, it works well in a long drink where the peach remains easy to recognise.

The producer's suggested serve uses 5 cl of gin, 15 cl of fresh Indian tonic and a slice of peach in a Copa glass. Build it over plenty of ice and stir briefly. Leave the peach slice in the glass to lend a light fruit aroma without making the drink taste candied. Indian tonic supplies a clean bitter counterpoint to the mellow peach. A fresh basil leaf is an alternative suggested by the brand, but peach keeps this version focused on the gin's defining flavour.
