For a long drink, fill a balloon glass with clear ice, pour 5 cl of gin and add 12 cl of Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water, with a thin mirabelle slice and one rose petal in the drink. The tonic's restrained citrus bitterness gives the fruit room, while the garnish echoes the bottle's principal flavours without adding syrup or extra sweetness.
