Twenty-one organic botanicals, sourced from growers in Australia and around the world, go into Little Juniper's Signature Gin. Little Juniper is a certified organic distillery in the Adelaide Hills of South Australia, working with sustainably sourced botanicals from both local and international growers. The gin is certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, made without added sugar or flavourings, and reaches 42% ABV, in 70 cl bottles. The Adelaide Hills, east of Adelaide, are a cool-climate region also known for their wines.

The full list is kept private, but the distillery describes a blend of juniper with herbs, florals and fruits. The gin has taken two golds at San Francisco's World Spirits Competition, in 2021 and 2022, as well as silver medals from the London Spirits Competition, the World Gin Awards and the Royal Australian Spirits Awards. It is also the base for the distillery's Rare Plum Gin.

IWSC judges in 2022 described a green and grassy character, with aromatics of lime leaf, florals and anise.

The palate is herbal with good flavour complexity and creamy notes that carry through onto the finish. That creaminess comes from the texture of the gin rather than from any sweetness, and it makes the spirit easy to sip neat. Anise gives a gentle sweetness, while the lime leaf note brings freshness.

Little Juniper presents it as a versatile gin, suited to drinking neat or over ice, with tonic, or in a Martini, a Negroni or a Tom Collins; the Negroni brings out its herbal depth. With a Mediterranean tonic, a lime wheel and a lime leaf echo the green, citrus aromas noted by the judges. In a Martini, a twist of lemon keeps the herbal side in focus and lets the creamy texture show.
