Clementine gives Twin Peaks Summit Gin its summer direction. The Norfolk brand bottles this London Dry at 43% ABV in 70cl and sells it as The Summer Peak, describing a smooth, balanced gin with a delicate lift of fresh clementine. The nickname points at the citrus, not at a separate category of spirit.

Clementine is the botanical detail the makers single out for this bottling, and it is enough to explain the intended style: a sweet, fragrant citrus laid over the dry juniper framework that any London Dry needs. The idea is refreshment with structure, a gin light enough for a warm evening yet firm enough to hold its shape once tonic and ice arrive.

The brand was founded near Norwich in 2025 by Nick and Jane Baker, who tested their first recipes on a two-litre still before working with Norfolk distilleries. Summit belongs to a range that also includes Signature Dry Gin, Jura and Blizzard Navy Strength. Set against Jura's roots and warming spice, Summit deliberately chooses a brighter, sunnier path, and the contrast between the two says a lot about how the pair build their recipes.

Pair it with a classic tonic and a thin clementine wheel. Use a 4cl measure of gin and 10cl of tonic, well chilled, over large ice, adding the fruit once the mixer is in so it settles gently rather than sinking through the bubbles. A thin slice gives the scent of the peel without releasing too much juice. Simple as it is, the serve keeps the clementine forward and lets the dry base carry the finish. Small 5cl bottles and a trio gift set make it easy to try Summit beside the other recipes before buying a full-size one. For a table in the sunshine, few gins in this small range are easier to hand round.
