Produced by 30 Knots Spirits in Geraldton and bottled at 57% ABV, it combines a pronounced juniper backbone with ruby saltbush, coriander, desert lime and a measured saline detail. The higher strength is not an end in itself: it gives the botanicals enough intensity to remain distinct once the gin is lengthened with tonic or used in a cocktail.

Juniper leads the nose with a firm, resinous freshness, followed by the bright acidity of desert lime. Coriander reinforces that citrus lift with a dry, peppery edge, while ruby saltbush introduces a green and gently savoury accent. On the palate, the alcohol brings density and length without erasing the recipe. Juniper remains central, desert lime cuts a clean line through the middle, and the coastal botanicals leave a crisp finish with a subtle saline nuance rather than an overt taste of salt.
