At 43% ABV, Anae Gin is a French gin shaped by Anae Gin. It is an organic French gin distilled and bottled in Charente from grape alcohol and French botanicals. It remains precise in a gin and tonic while still rewarding a slower, more focused tasting.

Its documented botanical bill brings together Juniper berries, Coriander, Lemon balm, lemon verbena, fenugreek, chamomile. Juniper supplies a dry, resinous backbone. The vegetal, spice, citrus or fruit elements named in the recipe add contrast around it and prevent the profile from becoming one-dimensional. At 43% ABV, the gin has the concentration to stay legible as ice begins to melt and the drink opens in the glass.

On the nose, the first impression follows juniper and the freshest components of the recipe. The palate develops in stages: the opening highlights the brighter notes, the mid-palate brings forward the herbal or spicy framework, and the finish returns to a drier, more persistent line. The result rewards a measured, attentive tasting rather than a drink built on overt sweetness or a dominant garnish.

For the GinToLove Perfect Serve, fill a large balloon glass with clear ice, pour 4 cl of Anae Gin, add 10 cl of Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water, stir once and finish with Lemon verbena and Cornflower petals.
