Summer in St Andrews Gin is a limited Scottish flavoured gin from Eden Mill, bottled at 40% ABV. Only five hundred bottles were produced for this release, which takes its inspiration directly from the fruit of the Scottish summer. Locally sourced raspberries, rhubarb and strawberries are infused into a juniper-led gin, connecting the bottle to Eden Mill's St Andrews home and to a precise seasonal moment rather than to a permanent range.

They bring fragrance, soft sweetness and an immediate berry character, while rhubarb introduces a fresher, sharper counterpoint.
