Bottled at 42% ABV in a 700 ml format, it takes sage as its defining aromatic reference and places it in a lighter, more herbaceous gin style. The release draws inspiration from the summer solstice and from the distillery's natural pantry, connecting the bottle to a farm-minded approach in which seasonal plants are used as the starting point for a focused flavour idea.

Sage gives the gin its particular direction. Its aroma is green, savoury and gently earthy, with a dry herbal quality that differs from the sweeter floral or fruit-led styles often found in flavoured gin. Juniper provides the essential gin foundation, while the sage shapes the more distinctive top notes and the lingering vegetal character.
