Kyro Pink Gin is a Finnish flavoured gin bottled at 38.2% ABV. It starts with the distillery's 100% rye base and is infused with red berries and rhubarb. That grain foundation is important to its identity: rather than reading like a simple sweet pink gin, the producer describes a meeting of peppery Finnish rye, fresh fruit, juniper and rounded sweetness. The result is built for long drinks but keeps a clearly structured spirit beneath the fruit.

The aroma is led by bright berries and fresh rhubarb, with juniper providing a dry, pine-like thread. Rye adds a subtly spicy cereal note, bringing definition to the fruit rather than letting it become jammy. On the palate, the official profile highlights rhubarb, custard-like creaminess, berries and juniper. The rhubarb gives the centre a gentle tartness, while the berry infusion provides colour and a soft, ripe-fruit character.

Its mouthfeel is smooth and rounded, but the peppery grain note keeps the finish lively. Juniper returns after the fruit, leaving a more recognisable gin finish than a liqueur-like one. The producer recommends Raspberry & Rhubarb Tonic Water with a pink grapefruit garnish. This is the most coherent long serve: the tonic repeats the gin's fruit direction while grapefruit adds a clean bitter-citrus edge. Fill a balloon glass with plenty of clear ice, use 5 cl of gin and 12 cl of tonic, then add a fresh grapefruit wedge. Stir gently only once or twice. The serve stays bright and refreshing, and the grapefruit prevents the rounded berry notes from feeling too sweet.
