Rosemary SprigDingle Gin Orange & Sea Salt is a vibrant expression from Ireland's Dingle Distillery, inspired by the rugged beauty of the Kerry coastline. This gin builds upon the distillery's award-winning botanical recipe, introducing hand-selected Spanish oranges and locally harvested West of Dingle Sea Salt. The oranges are meticulously washed, cut, deseeded, macerated, and distilled separately in a small copper still to extract their full flavor, which is then blended into the gin. The sea salt, hand-harvested from the Atlantic Ocean in collaboration with a local family-run business, adds a subtle minerality and smooth coastal character. The result is a gin with bright, zesty citrus notes balanced by a delicate saline lift, delivering a fresh and beautifully balanced flavor profile. Best enjoyed with premium tonic, ice, a slice of burnt orange, and a sprig of rosemary.
The documented recipe combines heather, bog myrtle, rowan berry, fuchsia, hawthorn, hand-selected spanish oranges, west of dingle sea salt. Taste it with cold tonic, then let a little dilution clarify the botanical finish.
For the recommended gin and tonic, use 5 cl of Dingle Gin Orange & Sea Salt, 15 cl of Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water, and orange peel twist and tiny pinch of sea salt. Serve with generous, fresh ice and let the aromas open gradually. The recommended tonic is deliberately neutral enough to preserve the gin character, while the selected garnish gives a focused aromatic lift. Take a first sip immediately after stirring, then return after a moment as the dilution softens the alcohol and brings the mid-palate into balance. This measured approach keeps the tasting advice and the Perfect Serve aligned from nose to finish.

Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel and a small rosemary sprig, placing the orange against the glass and the rosemary near the rim to support the gin's citrus, floral and coastal saline notes.
