Fresh BlueberriesLe Gin du Mont Blanc is a French gin produced by the Distillerie Saint Gervais Mont Blanc in the Alpine region of Haute Savoie. The distillery is located at altitude near the Mont Blanc massif, and the gin is conceived as an expression of its mountain environment and local botanical heritage.
The project is driven by a small scale, artisanal approach, with a focus on traditional distillation methods and a carefully selected botanical profile. The recipe is built around classic gin foundations while incorporating Alpine elements that reflect the surrounding landscape. Juniper forms the structural backbone, supported by coriander and angelica to provide balance and dryness.
Citrus components such as lime and sweet orange contribute freshness and aromatic lift, while blueberry adds a subtle fruit dimension. Génépi, a well known Alpine plant traditionally used in regional spirits, brings a distinctive herbal character that anchors the gin firmly in its mountain origin. Liquorice is used to add roundness and a gentle sweetness to the overall profile.
On the nose, the gin presents fresh juniper, bright citrus and light floral notes, followed by herbal nuances. The palate is clean and well structured, combining juniper intensity with citrus freshness, soft fruit and a clear Alpine herbal signature. The texture is smooth and balanced, leading to a persistent finish where citrus and génépi notes linger.
Le Gin du Mont Blanc works naturally in a classic gin and tonic, where a neutral tonic allows its botanical character to remain expressive. It can also be enjoyed neat or with a single ice cube, highlighting its balance and aromatic clarity.

Thin Slice of Lime
Fresh BlueberriesIn a highball glass, place a large, clear ice cube to maintain the gin's crispness.
Pour 5 cl of Le Gin du Mont Blanc over the ice, allowing its citrus and herbal notes to emerge.
Top with 15 cl of Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water; its subtle herbal nuances complement the gin's botanicals without overpowering them.
Gently stir to integrate.
Garnish with a thin slice of lime and a few fresh blueberries, enhancing the gin's lime and blueberry botanicals.
