While the brand is Belgian, the distillation is carried out in the Netherlands at the Zuidam Distillery, a family owned distillery known for its traditional copper stills and precise botanical distillation techniques.

The recipe is built around a broad and carefully selected range of botanicals, distilled to achieve a high level of aromatic intensity. Juniper forms the backbone of the profile, supported by classic structural botanicals such as coriander seed, angelica root and orris root. A wide selection of herbs, leaves and spices including lavender, sage, hyssop, wormwood and cubeb berry contributes to the gin’s complex and layered character.
