The botanical selection is rooted in roots certified organic — liquorice, marshmallow, angelica, chicory and ginger — while a complementary array of more familiar botanicals such as cardamom, coriander, lemon verbena, orange peel and lemon peel provide freshness and aromatic lift. The distillation respects the London Dry standard: all botanicals are distilled together, with no addition of flavouring or sweetening after distillation.

On the nose, the gin presents delicate herbal and root notes, with liquorice and marshmallow offering soft sweetness, angelica and chicory delivering subtle earth and structure, complemented by an overlay of fresh citrus peel and verbena.
