Thin Slice of Fresh Yuzu Peel
Pink PeppercornsIn a chilled highball glass, add 5 cl of Tenjaku Japanese Gin, renowned for its harmonious blend of yuzu, sansho pepper, and green tea botanicals.
Fill the glass with large, clear ice cubes to maintain a slow dilution, preserving the gin's intricate flavors.
Gently pour 15 cl of Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Tonic Water over the ice, chosen for its subtle sweetness that complements the gin's citrus and spice notes without overpowering them.
Stir delicately to combine.
Garnish with a thin slice of fresh yuzu peel, expressing its oils over the drink to enhance the citrus aroma.
For a touch of visual elegance, add a few pink peppercorns, echoing the gin's spicy undertones.
Alternatively, consider pairing this gin with East Imperial Yuzu Tonic or Fentimans Oriental Yuzu Tonic for a different yet harmonious flavor profile.
