Roku Sakura Bloom Edition Description
Roku Sakura Bloom Edition is a limited-release gin from Suntory in Japan. It uses botanicals such as sakura flower and sakura leaf, yuzu peel, sencha and gyokuro teas, sansho pepper, coriander, angelica root and juniper. Bottled at 43% ABV, it presents floral, citrus and green tea notes with a lightly spiced finish.

Instructions
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Pour 50 ml of Roku Sakura Bloom Edition gin.
Top up with 150 ml of East Imperial Yuzu Tonic Water.
Gently stir to combine.
Garnish with a fresh cherry and a few edible cherry blossoms.
