Thin Slice of Fresh YuzuKumano Gin is produced by Kishu-Kumano Distillery in Wakayama, Japan. Bottled at 53% ABV, it is distilled with 19 botanicals featuring local ingredients such as yuzu, unshu mikan, sudachi, jabara, fig, ume (Japanese plum), sansho (Japanese pepper), wasabi, ginger, sakaki, and Yoshino cedar, alongside juniper. The style is dry with citrus, herbal and floral accents.

Thin Slice of Fresh YuzuIn a highball glass, place a large ice sphere to maintain the chill without excessive dilution.
Pour 5 cl of Kumano Gin over the ice, allowing its robust 53% ABV to shine.
Top with 15 cl of East Imperial Yuzu Tonic, whose delicate yuzu essence complements the gin's citrus and spicy botanicals.
Gently stir to integrate.
Garnish with a thin slice of fresh yuzu, enhancing the citrus bouquet.
