The spirit is distilled from 100% pure grain and a wide range of fresh botanicals, herbs and fruit, including juniper berries, coriander seeds, laurel, fresh oranges and lemons, liquorice root, angelica, vanilla, cardamom and iris root.

On the nose, Midi Cut shows an immediate impression of southern herbs, where laurel and rosemary are closely followed by thyme and marjoram.
