Sprig of RosemaryG’Vine Nouaison Gin is a distinctive French spirit that redefines traditional gin by using a grape-based distillate, made from Ugni Blanc, the emblematic grape variety of the Cognac region. Its name refers to “nouaison,” the crucial stage when the vine flower transforms into a grape — a symbol of maturity, aroma and fruit development.
Its botanical profile is rich and complex: juniper, lime, liquorice, green cardamom, quassia amara, ginger root, coriander, nutmeg, cubeb berries, vine flower, bergamot, sandalwood, vetiver and plum. Together, they create a harmonious balance of spicy, floral, fruity and herbal notes, delivering both softness and depth.
Produced in small batches at Maison Villevert in Cognac and bottled at 45% ABV, G’Vine Nouaison excels in classic cocktails such as the Negroni or the Martini. Its unique grape spirit base and refined botanical selection have earned it international recognition, including a gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2018.
